Important Note
You will receive live starter plants (young plugs/"babies"). Listing photos show mature flowering plants for reference only. The actual plants received will be significantly smaller and may not be flowering at delivery.
Customer Notice
Live plants may experience normal shipping stress such as leaf loss, yellowing, wilting, or minor stem damage. Consider local weather before purchasing. Extreme heat, freezing temperatures, severe weather, shipping delays, or unattended packages may increase plant stress.
Due to the perishable nature of live plants, returns are generally not accepted. If there is an issue with your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide required photos for review (shipping box, shipping label, clear photos of plants, and scratch-test photos if needed). Claims submitted more than 48 hours after delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
