About This Plant

Jack The Bush, scientifically known as Chromolaena odorata, is a fast-growing shrub valued for butterfly-friendly gardens. This listing features cuttings that are sourced from an organic, pesticide-free butterfly garden. Plants are described as bushy and upright, with attractive purple to light purple flowers and a tendency to reach 3 to 6 feet in height and 4 to 6 feet in width in suitable conditions. Best in subtropical to tropical climates (hardiness zones 9–11). Sunlight ranges from full sun to partial shade. Watering should be moderate with allowing soil to dry between waterings. Soils should be well-drained and fertile.
