About This Plant
Caladium Caladium ‘Thousand Stars’ is an ornamental tropical foliage plant known for decorative leaves with colorful, patterning details. Individual leaves can vary in markings and color, and new foliage may look different as it develops.
What You Will Receive
Two exact live starter plants of Caladium ‘Thousand Stars’. These are 2-inch nursery-pot starter plants and are not fully rooted into the 2-inch pots. Listing photos show mature plants for reference; actual plants will be smaller and may vary in size, shape, and appearance. Pot inclusion is not confirmed due to conflicting information.
Growing or Planting Information
Caladiums may become dormant seasonally, which can cause foliage to yellow or disappear while the underground tuber remains dormant. Plants may arrive in various states (dormant, leafless, recently pruned, bare root, or partially defoliated) depending on season and shipping requirements. They are suitable for container culture and prefer bright, filtered or indirect light, well-draining, moisture-retentive growing medium, and moderate watering during active growth. Shipping may involve typical transit stress.
Live Plant Notice
Live plants naturally vary in size, shape, foliage, and appearance. Depending on the season and shipping conditions, plants may arrive dormant, leafless, pruned, bare root, or show minor shipping stress such as wilting or leaf loss.
Listing photos may show a mature plant for reference. The plant you receive may be younger or smaller depending on the size and condition stated in this listing.
