Calathea pilosa Starter Plants – Bare Root (2 Live Plants)

About This Plant

Calathea pilosa, also known as Goeppertia pilosa, is a tropical foliage plant with clumping growth habit. It is suited for indoor containers in warm, humid conditions and prefers bright indirect to filtered light with evenly moist, well-draining soil.

What You Will Receive

Two live starter Calathea pilosa plants. Plants are grown in 2-inch nursery pots but are not fully rooted into those pots; the pots are not included. Each plant ships bare root with fully established root systems. Mature plant photos are for reference only; you will receive younger starter plants with natural variation in size and foliage.

Growing or Planting Information

Soil should be moisture-retentive and well-draining. Ensure plants receive bright indirect to filtered light and maintain evenly moist growing media without prolonged waterlogging. Plants may ship dormant, leafless, or partially defoliated depending on season and shipping needs.

Live Plant Notice

Live plants naturally vary in size, shape, foliage, and appearance. Depending on the season and shipping conditions, plants may arrive dormant, leafless, pruned, bare root, or show minor shipping stress such as wilting or leaf loss.

Listing photos may show a mature plant for reference. The plant you receive may be younger or smaller depending on the size and condition stated in this listing.
